Each flavor contains a mix of carefully selected spices and is free of sugar, sweeteners and preservatives. They're not only great in your coffee or hot chocolate, but also great for baking or even sprinkling over ice cream. Plus, Vashon Island Coffee Dusts are easy to store and to use.
Vashon Island's sampler pack, or "Expedition Kit," includes six mini-tins, each with a different flavor. Each mini-tin provides 12 servings for a total of 72 for the six mini-tins. The recommended amount of coffee dust is 1/8 teaspoon for each 8 ounces of coffee (for Mocha Mint it's 1/4 teaspoon for 8 ounces of coffee).
