Refund policy

Returns

Coffee is a perishable product and there is no need to return your coffee to us if you are not satisfied.  Simply contact us as described below for a refund or replacement.  No questions asked.  We accept returns of non-coffee items within 30 days of purchase and will provide a shipping label to the customer.

Refunds and Replacements

We want only happy customers.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to support@fabulousbeancoffee.com or call us at 800 813-0116 within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.  It's that simple!  You do not need to return your coffee back to us to obtain a refund or replacement.  We will provide a shipping label for the return of non-coffee items.    

If a refund is requested, it will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.  If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at support@fabulousbeancoffee.com for resolution.

If a replacement is requested, we will promptly send out the item(s) requested. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
